Astrocamp

• We are looking for an energetic, dynamic, flexible leader to be the head of Astrocamp's Mountain biking program. Basic requirements are a love for children, and an in depth knowledge of safe mountain biking practices. The Mountain Biking Instructor/Coordinator reports to the Program Director.
• Responsibilities Include: Developing lesson plans and biking curriculum - Teaching beginning and advanced mountain biking classes - Creating a community of mountain bikers within camp - Biking Safety - Scouting Trails - Bicycle and gear maintenance and repair - Training staff - Assisting with camp activities when needed.
• Our adventure program takes campers mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking, and camping. We are located on a 90-acre campus adjacent to a national forest, only minutes away from world-class rock climbing, outstanding hiking and biking. Summer season: June 10, 2006 through August 4, 2006.
